As a healer, I try my best to be available to you and to others who need my services. To be able to provide the very best service that I can offer, I need to invest time in Yoga and Meditation practice which leaves me very few hours per day.

 

I have an Appointment Cancellation Policy that applies to all and helps me with scheduling and managing appointments for all who need my services. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is set aside for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to help another person.

 

The cancellation and re-scheduling policies are as follows: It is required that you give me 48 hours notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for other people to be scheduled into that appointment.

 

If you are giving me 48 hours or more notice to re-schedule an appointment, there is no fee, and in most cases, you should be able to do this yourself on the website using the online calendar. If you miss an appointment without contacting me within the required time, this is considered a no-show or a missed appointment and the session fee is not refundable. For re-scheduling, with less than 48 hours remaining from the scheduled date/time, a fee of $100.00 will be charged to you,

 

No future appointments can be scheduled without the payment of this fee.

 

Additionally, if you are late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, the end time of your appointment may still need to be kept the same as if you arrived in time. This is because it is not fair if I let the next person wait for no fault of theirs.
